We specialize in exporting premium, export-grade Hass and Fuerte avocados sourced from certified, audited Kenyan smallholders and estate farms:

• Hass Avocados: Known for a rich, buttery taste, pebbly dark skin when ripe, and high oil content. Ideal for long-distance sea freight and supermarket retail.
• Fuerte Avocados: Known for smooth, vibrant green skin, pear-shaped profiles, and a creamy texture. Highly sought after by traditional wholesale and foodservice distributors.
• Sizing Arrays: Handled in standard caliber arrays ranging from 12 to 24 count per 4kg carton.

• Our primary harvest and shipping season runs from February through November.
• Sea Freight peak track runs systematically from March through October.
• Air Freight track is available all year round to accommodate off-season programs or urgent spot orders.

To eliminate surface friction, bruising, and tracking during long-distance transport, we use custom-engineered, highly ventilated 4kg open-top corrugated cartons.

• Cartons are configured to maximize cold air circulation loops within the container.
• We can accommodate custom private-label corporate branding or alternative packaging configurations for programmatic contract buyers.

Quality is strictly maintained at every step of our sourcing and packing pipeline:

1. Maturity Testing: We harvest only when the dry matter content reaches the optimal threshold (minimum 21% for Hass, 18% for Fuerte) to guarantee even ripening.
2. In-House Grading: Fruit is cleaned, systematically calibrated, and graded based on skin cleanliness, size uniformity, and shape.
3. Cold-Chain Execution: Packed pallets are cooled and immediately loaded into atmospheric refrigerated containers (reefer containers) at our packing facility. The cold chain remains unbroken until arrival at your destination port.

We operate strictly on FOB (Free on Board) Mombasa or FOB Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (Nairobi) terms:

• Our Responsibility: We handle local sourcing, inland transport to the port/airport, customs clearance, and loading onto the vessel or aircraft.
• Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer assumes responsibility for ocean/air freight routing, cargo insurance, destination import duties, and terminal handling charges.

• Sea Freight: Minimum order is one full 40ft refrigerated container (FCL/Reefer), which carries approximately 20 to 22 pallets (roughly 5,280 cartons).
• Air Freight: Minimum order is one full air cargo pallet (approximately 1.5 to 2 metric tons) depending on seasonal space allocations.

Every consignment is accompanied by a full suite of compliant, legalized export documents to ensure smooth customs clearance at your destination:

• Commercial Invoice & Packing List
• Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by KEPHIS)
• Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)
• Certificate of Origin
• GlobalGAP Certification (upon request for contract programs)
